Word Cleaner is the perfect tool for web designers and people who have to maintain web sites. Word Cleaner enables you to: -Batch convert Word files to html files, including files with tables, images etc -Not Word, Word Cleaner also converts .rtf and & .txt files to HTML -Automatically clean out all the unnecessary tags in any HTML file -Batch clean any HTML file, not Word HTML files -Reduce the size of your HTML files and thus improving download times -Create your own custom templates to meet your specific conversion needs Microsoft Word files are the most common way clients and users give you info to put on the web. Word does have a ‘save as webpage’ feature but the problem is that the HTML files that are created contain a lot of unnecessary code that increase the size of your files and cause incompatibilities with browsers other than Internet Explorer. In the past web designers and webmasters have had to clean out the code by hand, even things like the ‘clean up word html’ command in Dreamweaver are not extremely effective. We are web designers who have spent a lot of time converting client’s word files and cleaning them up for use in their web sites.
