CZ Print Release Station 2.0 is a centralised holding, releasing, tracking, auditing and managing of print jobs that allows libraries / schools to manage, control and recovery the printing costs and charge for their patrons / students printing. This print management software allows you to reduce the print volume and waste paper by eliminating accidental, unnecessary, or abusive printing. 1, . Requires no client software on the workstations, and allows to switch between staff mode and user mode. 2, Reports. Provides CZ Print Job Report that includes 54 default reports and 40 customized reports. 3, Print Releasing. Allows to release one or multiple print jobs at one time . 4, Real-time Print Tracking. Captures the detail print job info including name of the user who sends the job, the document name, number of pages, total cost, print job size, submitted time and date, print job status, destination printer, name of the computer from which the job was sent, duplex, colour and paper size. 5, Real-time Print Auditing. Shows total number, total pages, total cost of print jobs and total cost of selected print jobs in real time. 6, Print Management. Allows to cancel multiple print jobs on the different monitored printers at one time and allows to purge all unclaimed print jobs on all monitored printers automatically at a user-defined time. 7, Print Charging. Charges print jobs based on monochrome / colour, duplex and paper size. 8, History Check. Shows the printed jobs and deleted jobs in a user-defined time frame. 9, Access Point. Provides access to the Printer Folder where you can add, remove, configure local and network printers. 10, Export. Allows to export all or partial print jobs data as Excel, HTML, and Text file. 11, Database. Stores print jobs data in Microsoft® Access data format that you can integrate with other applications .
