Both create and play attractive wordsearch puzzles with this and software. It has educational benefits (for example it can aid with reading and language skills) and is popular with teachers who want to make puzzles for the classroom and for homework exercises etc. It's also useful for making wordsearches for newsletters, newspapers and other publications or use it as a fun game. A comprehensive editor is provided, which allows you to design your word search puzzles. Simply provide 100% Word Search with the words to include, choose which directions you want to allow and the word search puzzle is created. You can have word search grid sizes from 5*5 to 50*50 and word searches can be in designs to perhaps reflect a theme, by using a wide array of drawing tools. Word search puzzles can be saved, printed or exported as text or graphics for use in other programs. Word lists can also be imported from text files. Puzzles can be played against a timer by dragging a line over the word. A handy hint option is also provided. The program features sound, a user-friendly resizable interface, full HTML help and sample puzzles to get you started. 40+ settings are also provided that are accessed from one convenient window. This allows you to change to your personal preferences: fonts, colours, line widths, time to play puzzles, whether the words list is shown when playing puzzles etc.
